What is the October offer for accounting firms?
From 1 to 31 October 2026, all six plans for accounting firms include 20% more invoices for the same price. Plan 1,800 covers 1,800 invoices a quarter instead of 1,500 for £300; Plan 3,600, 3,600 instead of 3,000 for £500; Plan 5,400, 5,400 instead of 4,500 for £600; Plan 7,200, 7,200 instead of 6,000 for £750; Plan 14,400, 14,400 instead of 12,000 for £1,000; and Plan 28,800, 28,800 instead of 24,000 for £1,800. The number of users does not change.
How much does Dijit.app cost for an accountancy practice?
Between £300 and £1,800 a quarter, excluding VAT. Plan 1,800 costs £300 a quarter for 1,800 invoices; Plan 3,600, £500; Plan 5,400, £600; Plan 7,200, £750; Plan 14,400, £1,000; and Plan 28,800, £1,800 a quarter for 28,800 invoices. You are charged per invoice, not per page: a 20-page invoice counts as one invoice.
What is the difference between the six plans?
Nothing in the product. All six carry the same toolkit: the same AI reading, the same chart of accounts per client, the same VAT handling, the same exports and integrations, and the same human support by email with training and onboarding. What changes is how many invoices you can run in a quarter, how many users are included and the price. Plan 1,800 gives you 4 users, Plan 3,600 gives you 8, Plan 5,400 gives you 10, Plan 7,200 gives you 15, and Plan 14,400 and Plan 28,800 come with unlimited users.
Do all the plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan for practices includes the full Dijit toolkit: generative AI, pro OCR, a chart of accounts per client, automatic coding, VAT figures and integrations. The only things that change between plans are the number of invoices a quarter, the number of users and the price.
How many users does each plan include?
Plan 1,800 includes 4 users; Plan 3,600, 8; Plan 5,400, 10; and Plan 7,200, 15. Plan 14,400 and Plan 28,800 come with unlimited users. Each user can hold different permissions on each client.
Am I charged per page or per invoice?
Per invoice, not per page. A 20-page invoice counts as one invoice. You can upload several invoices in a single file and Dijit splits them apart. Receipts, expenses and credit notes each count as one invoice. If you turn on line-by-line item reading, each page counts as one invoice.
Is the price broken into separate charges, or is it one figure?
One figure, all in. We do not price the processing, the bookkeeping features and the support separately: it all sits inside a single quarterly fee, with no line items to add up.
Why is the fee quarterly?
Because it lines up with how a practice actually works, around VAT quarters and year-ends. It also brings the price per invoice below what a monthly plan would cost. A practice does not process the same volume every month and the quarter absorbs the peaks.
What happens if I do not use all the invoices in a quarter?
Unused invoices do not roll over to the next quarter. Pick the plan that matches your real volume. If you are unsure, our team will go through your numbers with you before you commit.
Can I run several clients from one account?
Yes, and it is what the product is built around. Each client you act for is its own record, with its VAT number, its chart of accounts and its own counterparties. The data is genuinely isolated: the same VAT number can exist on two different clients without one overwriting the other. When an invoice arrives, Dijit routes it to the right client by reading the VAT number.
Does it work with my accounting software?
In the UK there are direct connectors for QuickBooks and Xero, along with SAP Business One, Business Central and Sage X3. On top of that you get custom Excel exports and a full REST API, and we build connectors on request. Tell us what your practice runs on and we will look at the best route: API, import files or your own internal flow.
What does it cost to connect Dijit to my accounting software?
It depends on the connector. The accounting export files are free. Every connector is quoted once, based on what your practice needs. The monthly connector support fee is the same on all six plans: it depends on the connector, not on the plan you buy.
Does it pick up VAT rates on its own?
Yes. Dijit separates each rate on the document and posts it to the right input or output VAT account, even when one invoice carries several VAT rates. It also handles withholding tax, each with its own account and its own entry. Dijit does not file returns: it prepares the figures with the structure you need to file them.
How does Dijit handle the privacy and security of my data?
Dijit Labs is a Certified Microsoft Partner and keeps all information, files and users on Microsoft Azure servers in Europe, with ISO certification, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and at rest, and full GDPR compliance. Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest and Dropbox is authorised over OAuth, so we never see your password.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term on the standard plans: cancel at the end of any quarter. A commitment only applies to substantial bespoke development.
Can I change plan mid-quarter?
You can move up a plan at any time, with immediate effect and charged pro rata. To move down, the change applies from the following quarter.
Is this pricing right for a business that is not a practice?
No. A company doing its own books has its own scale, billed monthly and priced per page, with purchasing and spend management built in. See
